Here are some specific guidelines for our services:

  • Web Development:
    • If a project is cancelled before any development work begins, a full refund will be issued.
    • If a project is cancelled after development work has begun, a prorated refund will be considered based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Graphic Design:
    • A full refund will be issued if a design project is cancelled before any design work begins.
    • If a project is cancelled after initial design concepts are presented, a partial refund may be issued based on the resources used. No refunds will be issued after final designs are approved.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Refunds for ongoing digital marketing campaigns will not be issued.
    • For pre-paid digital marketing packages, a prorated refund may be considered based on the unused portion of the package.
  • Business Consulting:
    • Refunds for consulting services will not be issued for completed work.
    • If a client cancels a scheduled consultation, a refund may be issued based on the cancellation notice period (details below).

Cancellation Notice Period

  • A full refund will be issued for consultations cancelled at least 30 business days before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 30 business days’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
